Seriously... the MTA will find any excuse screw the city. After a year of record revenues, and ridership on every service (bus, subway, LIRR, Metro North, and NJ Transit) and the MTA is giving the hackney cop-out that because of the financial collapse will cause them to cut services. Then did they have cyrtal ball back in June when they said they were going to increase fares?
